General Provisions:
SOL DE MAR Real Estate attaches particular importance to the protection of privacy of our clients, contractors, and associates.
Personal data at SOL DE MAR Real Estate are processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), the Polish Data Protection Act, and other relevant legal provisions.
SOL DE MAR Real Estate acts as the data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the GDPR. Data are also transferred to cooperating entities referred to in Article 4(8) of the GDPR – these entities process personal data on behalf of the controller (e.g. real estate agents, intermediaries, partners, accounting offices, law firms, developers, CRM providers, hosting providers, etc.).
The Controller processes the following categories of your personal data: name and surname/company name, address of residence/registered office, PESEL/NIP (tax identification number), ID card number, e-mail address, and telephone number.
In the event of a decision to sell or purchase a property, your personal data will be transferred to the entity with which you enter into a property sale/purchase agreement.
SOL DE MAR Real Estate ensures appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee data processing security. We also ensure regular updates of our privacy policy, data processing procedures, and training for those handling data.
Purpose of Processing:
SOL DE MAR Real Estate processes data to provide services to clients, to perform contractual obligations, and to communicate with clients, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Additionally, the Controller may process a client’s personal data to comply with legal obligations incumbent upon it as Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), e.g. responding to requests from public authorities such as the Tax Office.
The Controller may also process data for purposes related to legitimate interests other than contract performance and service provision, such as marketing of its own products and services or, where applicable, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims before public authorities.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the proper and efficient handling of a matter or enquiry, as well as for responding to questions and further correspondence.
Where the purposes result from legal obligations, the collection of data by the Controller is a statutory requirement. The Controller processes personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes.
Principles of Processing:
Personal data at SOL DE MAR Real Estate are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. Data are collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes. We ensure that data are kept up-to-date and corrected or deleted when inaccurate. Data are stored in a form allowing identification of the person for no longer than legally required.

Transfer of Personal Data – Your data will be processed as follows: personal data may be transferred and processed in connection with interest in cooperation with the Controller or cooperating entities (partners) in the scope of services – data processing by the Controller, in the case of entering into an agreement directly between the User and the Controller, is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and also based on the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in supporting sales activities.
Data processing may also be necessary to perform a contract binding the Controller with the entity you represent – in such case, the legal basis is the Controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring reliable identification of the counterparty and its representative, as well as enabling the conclusion and smooth performance of the agreement (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The Controller and its partners process the following categories of your personal data: name and surname/company name, address of residence/registered office, PESEL/NIP, ID number, e-mail address, telephone number.
The recipients of your personal data include the Controller’s employees and associates, notaries preparing preliminary or final property sale agreements, mortgage advisors (if applicable), entities entrusted with data processing (CRM and hosting providers, accounting and legal offices, home staging service providers, business partners – developers, agents, cooperating companies), and entities authorised to receive your data under applicable laws, as well as partners and cooperating entities.
In the event of a decision to sell or purchase a property, your personal data will be transferred to the entity with which you will conclude the property sale/purchase agreement.
Providing data is a legal requirement and a condition for concluding a contract. Failure to provide data required by the Controller may result in refusal to conclude the agreement.
Consent to receive commercial and marketing information is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
You have the right to request from the Controller access to personal data, the rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.

Google Ads: Our website is promoted via Google Ads in search results and on third-party websites.
